| McCain Foods USA Selects Cryo-Trans, Inc. to Manage Its Refrigerated Railcar Fleet |

Cryo-Trans, Inc., (CTI) the largest builder and lessor of refrigerated railcars in North America, and McCain Foods USA, part of global giant McCain Foods Limited, are pleased to announce that CTI will take over the management of McCain’s private fleet of mechanically refrigerated boxcars, effective immediately. To manage the fleet, CTI will fully implement its Rail Management Program with its two-way GPS capabilities in order to create more efficient fleet operations and expedited railcar movements. CTI will also take over all aspects of Mechanical Protective Service for the fleet, using its international network of service providers. The McCain private fleet will soon be supplemented by the addition of new 72’ interior-length, state of the art refrigerated boxcars, also manufactured by CTI, and leased to McCain.
